Admission

To be admitted to the Parkinson-Klinik Wolfach, patients require a hospitalisation referral from their GP or specialist consultant.

Patients covered by all health insurance companies and those paying privately are admitted for treatment.

A diagnostic report should be submitted together with the hospitalisation form.

Detailed hospital admission documents are then forwarded by post.

To make an appointment for admission to the clinic, contact Sonja Birnfeld. She will also provide you with information about the clinic’s optional services. Consultation times are Monday to Friday 9.00 to 12.00 and 14.00 to 16.00 hrs.

It is important that patients register in person at the reception by 11.00 hrs. on the day of admission.
