Health days for relatives
When a person is diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, this has a huge emotional impact not only on the patient but on his or her family. Many partners find themselves on duty, both physically and emotionally, around the clock. And their own health often takes second place.
This is why the Parkinson-Klinik Wolfach offers relatives of patients not just comfortable accommodation in the clinic’s own guesthouse but physiotherapeutic treatments, including massages, lymphatic drainage, individual physiotherapy training and Nordic Walking. The offered services are tailored to meet individual needs and preferences. All packages are full-board and include an informative event on the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
Pleasant environment and personal atmosphere
The guesthouse’s pleasant environment and the clinic’s personal atmosphere enable patients and relatives to gather new strength and return to their everyday life together refreshed and well-informed. The clinic’s location in the heart of Germany’s Black Forest also offers a variety of recreational activities.
The Gästehaus am Park has seven comfortably appointed apartment-style rooms with balcony or patio as well as its own sauna and fitness room. A bright and airy conservatory and 10,000 square metres of park are perfect places for rest and relaxation.
